If you leave from Mexico and your connection point is in the United States (international flight), you must pick up your baggage and leave it at the counter of the airline that will take you to your final destination.
If you leave from the United States and your connection point is in the United States, pick up your baggage directly at your final destination in Mexico.
We guarantee your bags will arrive at the same destination as you will. For more information, please visit our Baggage Guarantee.
