What happens if my pet does not arrive on my same flight, if I have a problem with my bag on flights operated by Frontier and Volaris, if my suitcase has not arrived, is damaged or has missing items, or any problems I may have with my luggage?
In case of any inconvenience, you should contact any Volaris ambassador, or the customer service modules. It is important that you do it before leaving the airport.
*If the inconvenience happens at the connection station, the report should be done at the final destination
What happens if I forgot my belongings at the plane?
If you forgot something on the plane, inform any Volaris ambassador about the situation before leaving the airport, bring your official identification and your boarding pass to claim your belongings.
