Yes, we do. You can request an invoice here or by writing an email to facturacion.clientes@volaris.com with all your fiscal data:
- Reservation Code
- Federal Taxpayer Registry
- Company name
- Name of the passenger making the request.
Remember you only have 30 days after your booking to request an invoice.
Can I get an invoice immediately after my purchase?

How much time do I have to request an invoice and how can I do it?
You have up to 30 working days, starting on the date you purchased your ticket, to ask for an invoice. You can do it by going to “Print Invoice” on My Trips
Can I get an invoice for the optional services I added to my trip?
Yes, remember that your invoice includes the amount of the ticket and all the extras you added to your trip (e.g. Baggage Guarantee, Choose your Seat, Extra Baggage, etc.).
How can I get an invoice for my hotel reservation?
Request your invoice when you check in or out of your hotel.
Is it possible to request a print copy of the electronic tax receipt at the airport?
Yes, only for additional services and/or flight tickets bought at the airport counters.
How can I get an invoice for my shared code flight?
You can only get an invoice for flights purchased on Volaris selling points by requesting it on any of the 30 calendar days following your purchase. Get a Digital Fiscal Receipt here, or send an email to facturacion.clientes@volaris.com with:
- Reservation Code
- Federal Taxpayer Registry
- Company name
- Name of the passenger making the request.
What does RFC mean and how can I use it on my invoice?
RFC means Federal Taxpayers Registry and you can use it at the moment of getting an invoice for your flight in Mexico.
What does TIN/NIT means and where is it used?
TIN means Tax Identification Numbers. In Costa Rica, NIT or NITE means Special Tax Identification Number, and it's used to carry out invoice procedures. It applies for Guatemala, Costa Rica, and El Salvador.
Is the current receipt generated on the website an electronic tax receipt?
No, the current receipt is not a tax receipt for deduction purposes.

Can I get an invoice on behalf of another person?
It is your decision if you wish to use your data or someone else’s to get an invoice.
In the event that you have booked a flight together with other people, is it an invoice by reservation or by Client?
The electronic invoice is generated for every reservation. If there are several customers in the reservation, it is not possible for each one to get an invoice.
I made a mistake on the data I entered for my invoice. Can I change it?
No, you cannot make any change. You must make sure that all the data is correct before you enter it.
If I got an invoice for the purchase of my tickets and I changed my itinerary, will a new invoice be generated?
Yes, a new invoice is generated for every purchase made after the date of the original invoice.
