What does the fare of my flight include?
Now, an all our flights, domestic or international, you may take:
- 2 cabin bags on board that must not weigh over 22 lbs. in total, and measure a maximum of 22.4 x 15.7 x 12.9 inches each.
If you purchased your domestic flight with our Regular Fare or your international flight with our Clean Fare + Baggage, you can also take:
- 1 checked bag of up to 55 lbs. and 62 total inches (height + width + length).
If you wish to add more baggage and/or any other additional service, you can do it at My Trips.
Why does the price of the ticket change?
Our prices are subject to availability and fees may change, according to the pre-booking time of flights. We recommend you to check if the flights and dates you're interested in apply for one of our promos.

What is the fee for changing my flight route, hour or date?
Itinerary changes can be made in My Trips by paying the fare difference and the applicable fee. For all flights to or from the US, reservations can be changed or canceled within 24 hours without penalty as long as the reservation was made 7 days or more before the scheduled departure. Know the cost in our Additional Services Fees.
Are there any cancellation fees when paying with Pay Monthly?
Uplift and Volaris do not charge cancellation fees. However, the cancellation process is only available in the first 24 hours of the purchase.
Is there a tax for tourists?
Your fare already includes all the taxes, including the tourist tax you need to pay for your flight so you do not have to make any extra payment at the airport.
